Paul J. Fribourg has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Grain Company since 1997 and is a member of the Company’s Management Committee. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, Executive Vice President of the Commodity Marketing Group, and Group President of World Grain from 1985-1997. From 1980-1985, Mr. Fribourg served as General Manager for Continental Grain Company’s European operations, and he held various merchandising and management positions in the Company domestically from 1976-1980. Currently, he is a Board Member of Loews Corporation, The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc., Burger King Holdings, Inc., Apollo Global Management, LLC, Rabobank International North American Agribusiness Advisory Board, Mitchell Jacobson Leadership Program in Law and Business Advisory Board, America-China Society, Endeavor Global, Inc., and Teach For America – New York. Additionally, he is on the Board of Dean’s Advisors at Harvard Business School, as well as serving as Director of the Continental Grain Foundation, a Trustee of the Fribourg Family Foundation, and a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Brown University Advisory Council on China, and International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Shanghai. Mr. Fribourg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Amherst College and an Advanced Management degree from Harvard Business School.

Charles Fribourg has served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Continental Grain Company since 2001, and is a member of the Company's Management Committee. He has served as Directeur General of Arlon Group (Europe) S.A. (formerly Finagrain S.A.), in Geneva, Switzerland, since 1999. From 1994-2001, Mr. Fribourg served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Latin American Division of Continental Grain Company, and prior to that he served as General Manager EEC, Europe, from 1992-1994. Previously, he was Product Manager International for Meals/Derivatives in Geneva from 1991-1992, Merchandising Manager International for Proteins/Derivatives in 1991, Commercial Manager for France from 1989-1991, Merchandising Manager from 1988-1989, and held various merchandising positions throughout the Company's domestic operations from 1980-1988. Mr. Fribourg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Connecticut College and his Advanced Management degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Teresa E. McCaslin

Teresa McCaslin serves as Executive Vice President - Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer, for Continental Grain Company, after serving as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Information Systems, from 1999-2010 and Senior Vice President, Human Resources, from 1997-1999. In her current position, Ms. McCaslin heads worldwide Human Resources, Information Technology, Public Affairs, and Office Services, and is a member of the Company’s Management Committee. Ms. McCaslin held a variety of Human Resources positions within the Company from 1978-1984. Prior to rejoining the company in 1997, Ms. McCaslin was Corporate Vice President, Human Resources, for Monsanto Company from 1994-1997 and a member of its Executive Management Committee, Corporate Vice President for Avery-Dennison Corp. from 1989-1994, and Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, for Grow Group, Inc. from 1984-1989. Currently, Ms. McCaslin is a Member of the Board of Directors of the American Arbitration Association and a member of its Executive Committee, a Trustee of the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Director of the Continental Grain Foundation, a Director of the Fribourg Family Foundation, and former Chair of the Board of Trustees for the American Management Association. Ms. McCaslin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Marymount College and her Master of Business Administration degree from Long Island University.

David A. Tanner

David Tanner is Managing Director of Arlon Group. Mr. Tanner has served as Executive Vice President, Investments, and has been a member of the Management Committee of Continental Grain Company since 2006. Mr. Tanner has served on the Board of Directors of numerous public and private companies and currently serves on the Boards of Excelline Food Products, LLC, Carlile Bancshares, Inc., and Northeast Bancorp. Previously, Mr. Tanner served as a Founder and Managing Principal of Quadrangle Group, LLC from 2000-2006; Managing Director at Lazard Freres & Co. and Managing Principal at Lazard Capital Partners from 1998-2000; and Managing Director at Warburg Pincus LLC, with which he was associated from 1986-1997. Currently, Mr. Tanner is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Montefiore Medical Center, Trustee of the New York University School of Law, Overseer of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission, Member of the Executive Committee of the Princeton University Capital Campaign and Director of Lawyers for Children. Mr. Tanner received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in History from Princeton University, his Diploma of Economics from the London School of Economics, and his Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law.

Michael J. Zimmerman

Michael Zimmerman has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Continental Grain Company since 1999 and is a member of the Company’s Management Committee. He has been President of ContiInvestments Corp. since 1996. Prior to serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Zimmerman served as Senior Vice President, Investments and Strategy, from 1996-1999. Before joining Continental Grain Company, Mr. Zimmerman was a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers Inc. from 1976-1996. Currently, he is Chairman of Overseas Shipholidng Group, Inc., a Director of KBW, Inc., and a Director for Financial Federation Corporation. Active in many non-profit organizations, he currently serves on the board of Continuum Health Partners, and the Executive Committees of the Brooklyn Heights Synagogue and FOJP Service Corporation. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the U.S. Holocaust Museum and the Capital Campaign Committee of Saint Ann's School. Mr. Zimmerman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College and his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
